Booking Info: How to Book

You can book tickets online, in person or by phone.

ONLINE
You can book tickets right here from the comfort of your computer! Simply click here to be taken to our purchase page or look for the ‘Buy Tickets’ link on each event.

Hours of operation
You can book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Choosing seats
Unfortunately at this time it’s not possible to choose your seats however tickets are allocated on a ‘best available’ basis by our online service.

Payment
Payment is taken by credit or debit card and there is no fee for this! You can choose to collect your tickets from the box office or have them posted for an extra £1.

BOX OFFICE
In person: our Box Office is open for bookings made in person or over the telephone from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.

Ticket Sales
We open 1 hour before evening and Sunday events for ticket collections and on-the-door sales. We’ll usually be unable to take bookings for future events at these times, because we have to prioritise customers who are collecting tickets/purchasing on the door, to make sure they don’t miss the start of the show. We’re really sorry about that and hope you understand. Remember you can still book online!

Payments
We accept payment by debit or credit card for which there is no fee and we also accept cash. Please note we are no longer able to accept cheques.
